I had been looking for cladding by Deceuninck after seeing the product at the NEC Home Building Show earlier this year. I spent ages trawling the internet and even going direct to the Deceuninck Rep in this country but no-one could help me. It was by fluke your company was mentioned by another and I found your details on the website. I telephoned you and from there on the service was brilliant. Unlike other companies I didn't have to place a minimum order and you were able to advise what products were held as stock and what needed to be ordered.
You were courteous, helpful and informative and in next to no time my order was placed and delivered by courier the very next day - without a hitch.
